Not at all. Sound meditation is one of the most accessible practices there is — you simply lie down and listen. There's nothing to “get right.” The sound does the work for you.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and please bring your own yoga mat and a hand towel. You're also welcome to bring a pillow or eye mask for extra coziness.
Most people feel deeply relaxed, calm, and clear-headed — some even a little dreamy. It's a good idea to drink water and take it easy for a little while as you integrate.
It's gentle and suitable for most people. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, wear a pacemaker, or have a serious medical condition, please mention it when booking so the session can be adapted for you.
